Important Guidelines
Before submitting the final camera-ready paper, please carefully review and follow these instructions:
- Ensure the plagiarism score is less than 20%.
- All figures and tables must have captions and be numbered appropriately.
- All figures and tables must be cited in the text.
- Verify the paper’s title, authors’ names, affiliations, spacing, and details are accurate.
- Provide the corresponding author’s email before the abstract.
- The title should accurately summarize the paper’s content.
- List author names and affiliations in the correct sequence without titles like Dr., Mr., Professor, etc.
- Do not use prefixes (Dr., Mr., etc.) for authors.
- Ensure the paper is well-written and thoroughly proofread.
- References in the paper’s body must follow the ICSFRI/IOP template.
- Present the methodology or approach clearly and in detail.
- The article should have a strong organizational structure.
- Include all graphs and illustrations in high-resolution.
- Use Equation Editor software to type all equations.
- Reference list must follow the correct format.
- Do not include author biographies at the end.
- Avoid first-person pronouns like I, we, us throughout the paper.
- Do not mention your institute, center, or co-authors in the acknowledgments.
Submit the camera-ready paper as a Microsoft Word document to icsfri2026@gmail.com. PDF-only submissions are generally not accepted unless using LaTeX and following the template.
